You only pay when you get paid
There are no plans, no trials and nothing to cancel. Every feature is included for every master, and Appointly takes a small share of the money that actually moves.
5% of each deposit
When a client pays a deposit online, we keep a small commission and the rest goes straight to your own Stripe account.
$2.00 per booking without a deposit
Not taking deposits? The client pays a small booking fee when they book. That is the whole of our revenue on that appointment.
Everything included

Card processing is Stripe's own fee and comes out of the payment itself. Nothing is ever charged to you monthly.

Yes. Every professional gets a personal page on its own link, and a customisable profile page at /p/ with the nickname you choose.
Yes. You set which days you work and the hours for each one, block off individual dates when you are away, and choose how long each booking slot should be.
Each professional has their own time zone, and times are always shown correctly to clients — including reminders.
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder email carries a cancel link, so a client who cannot make it can free the slot instead of simply not turning up.
Yes. Appointly runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to download, for you or your clients.
The interface is available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic, and clients see it in their own language.
Most people who miss an appointment simply forgot. Automatic reminders the day before and again a few hours ahead fix most of that, and the cancel link turns the rest into slots you can still fill.
